Everoc Standard is the universal language shared by all races for the purposes of diplomacy and trade. It is currently the only shared trait of the cultures of East and West Everoc . While generally a creature's second language, it is noted that some humans and most Equus only know/speak Everoc Standard.
For our intents and purposes, this means Everoc Standard is the English language, though nominally it is whatever the reader's native/most comfortable language is.
