The Depot Barracks, at the end of Tomio's reign.
The Depot Barracks was the third barracks created for the Spearbreakers military, carved right next to the depot and floored over with cobaltite. It has enough beds and mess accomodations for a full squad, and is home to 2nd Squad, 1st Company.
The Depot Barracks was created by Splint during his second reign as overseer, in an attempt to force squads to train a little closer to The Courtyard, and thus the Trade Depot contained therein.
